Activate your subscription

With the MAC address and key (most common)

Every device shows its MAC address and key on the first screen. Send both to our support team. When your subscription is linked, the app notices within a few seconds and loads your channels — you do not need to restart it.

With an activation code

If you received a code, choose Other sign-in options → Sign in with User ID and type it in.

Pair a TV with your phone

If your phone is already activated, choose Pair with code on the TV: it shows a six-digit code. On the phone, go to Settings → Connect a TV and enter it.

Changing device? Each device is activated separately. Tell us if you are replacing one, so it doesn't count towards your limit.
