This policy explains what personal data the Full Stream apps and this website use, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are

What the apps collect
When an app starts, it registers the device with our server so your subscription can be attached to it:

| Support chat messages | Only if you write to us in the in-app chat; stored so the conversation can continue. |
| Push notification identifier (Android and iOS) | Delivers messages from our support team and service notices. You can turn notifications off in your device settings. |
What the apps do not collect
- No analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not build a profile of what you watch and we do not sell data.
- No location, microphone, contacts or files. The camera is used only if you choose to scan a QR code, and nothing is recorded.
- Promotional banners shown in the apps are images we place ourselves; they are not served or targeted by an ad network.
What stays on your device
Your playlist credentials, the downloaded channel and film catalogue, your viewing positions and lists, your profiles and parental PIN (stored as a hash) and your settings are kept in the app's own storage and are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Other services involved
- Your streaming service: the app connects to the servers of the service included in your subscription to play channels, films and series.
- The Movie Database (TMDB): artwork and cast information for films and series. TMDB receives the title being looked up, not your device identifier.
- OneSignal: delivers push notifications on Android and iOS, linked to your device identifier.
- Apple / Google: if you download or pay through their stores, they process that under their own policies; we never receive your card details.
This website
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party trackers; its fonts are served from our own server. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for [30] days for security and troubleshooting.
Legal bases
We process this data to provide the service you subscribed to (performance of a contract), to keep the service secure and to support you (our legitimate interests), and — for push notifications — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Device records are kept while your subscription is active and for [12] months afterwards; support conversations for [24] months; server logs for [30] days. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. Write to our support email. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority of your own country.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 14.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
