1. What Full Stream is

Full Stream is a media player. The apps contain no channels, films or series of their own. They play the service included in the subscription you purchase, which is governed by the terms of that subscription.

2. Activation and devices

A device is activated by linking it to your subscription (by MAC address and key, activation code or pairing). You may use the service on as many devices as your subscription allows. Keep your activation details private: anyone who has them can activate a device in your name.

3. Acceptable use

We work to keep the apps and our servers available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: maintenance, network problems or events outside our control may interrupt it. The quality of playback also depends on your internet connection and your device.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the apps are provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the applicable law, including the Italian Consumer Code where it applies.

We may suspend a device or an activation if these terms are breached, for example in case of redistribution or tampering.
